Sintel Forms doesn’t appear to be applied to a list

  Issue:

You have added the Sintel Forms App within a site and configured it in a list however when creating new list items are editing existing ones they don’t appear to be customised.

 

  Resolution:

  1. Open the list and select “Sintel Forms” from the ribbon.Sintel Forms shown in sharePoint Ribbon Menu
  2. Switch to the “Settings” section and ensure “Enable Sintel Forms on this list” is enabled.
  3. If it is selected hit “Save and exit”, if it’s not selected then select it and hit “Save and exit”.
  4. The issue should now be resolved
