Issue
When a user attempts to use the “Export to PDF” feature within Sintel Forms on SharePoint Subscription Edtion the PDF generation process appears to hang with the following screen:
Message showing the process is taking longer than expected
Resolution
This issue can be caused by missing dlls in your SharePoint On-Prem environment. The library used by Sintel Forms to generate pdf files (Syncfusion) requires specific dlls to be present on the environment in order to function correctly. If these dlls are missing they can be added by installing a specific update for Visual Studio 2010
(Visual Studio 2010 VC++ Redistributable x86 version).
The update can be obtained on the following URL:
https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/older-downloads/#visual-studio-2010-vc-redistributable
(please note that regardless of your architecture, you must choose the x86 version)

Once this update is installed on your SharePoint server the Export to PDF feature should work for you.
