“500 internal server error” on form opening

  Issue:

When you try to open/edit/add a new form item, you encounter a “500 Internal Server” error.

  Resolution:

This issue might occur when someone alters field definitions of SharePoint list that Sintel Forms are using.

To solve it, simply open up Forms Designer for the list again, and save the changes again.
