When you attempt to open a form:
“Data load error: Connection to SharePoint has been lost. Please reload the page.”

  Resolution

There can be a number of reasons for this message and the resolution will vary depending on the specific scenario. The following are a number of things you can check.

  1. Sintel Forms requires third-party cookies to be enabled-enable third-party cookies in your browser. If you can’t enable-third party cookies then you can alternatively add a customized behavior for app.sintelforms.com
  2. There may be an issue with your internet connection-verify that you can access other Urls
  3. You may have been logged out of Microsoft 365-attempt to open any Microsoft 365 Url in another browser tab
  4. If you encounter this message when attempting to save a change in the Sintel Forms Designer-Open the source list in a new tab, click on the Sintel Forms Designer to launch it, and then switch back to the original tab and attempt to save again.
