Everything is fine but we had a small problem getting your license

  Issue

When you attempt to add the Sintel Forms app to a site you get a message similar to the following:
“Let’s try this again later…Everything is fine but we had a small problem getting your license. Please go back to the SharePoint Store to get this app again and you won’t be charged for it”

Everything is fine, but…

  Resolution

This issue is generally caused by a user attempting to add the app using a Global Administrator account. The message you receive from Microsoft is not very helpful but if you attempt to add the app using a user that is a site collection administrator in the site but not a Global Administrator, then it should work for you.
