Add an exception for Sintel Forms instead of enabling third-party cookies

You want to use the Sintel Forms API but your company policy does not permit enabling the use of all third-party cookies. In this case you can just add an exception for Sintel Forms to enable it to use third-party cookies by manually changing the browser settings or by rolling out an organization policy to add an Exception in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to permit an exception for Sintel Forms.

If you want to manually change this setting, simply perform the following steps:

  Google Chrome Resolution

  1. In Chrome paste the following into your address bar chrome://settings/cookies?search=cookies and then hit enter
  2. Click on the Add button
  3. Add app.sintelforms.com and once you have added it the following should appear:

Note: You may need to close and re-open your browser for the change to take affect.

 

Microsoft Edge Resolution

  1. In Edge paste the following into your address bar edge://settings/content/cookies and then hit enter
  2. This will open the Cookies and data stored / Cookies and site data screen
  3. Click on the Add button
  4. Enter app.sintelforms.com and tick the option to Include third-party cookies in this site, then click Add
