Sintel Forms not available in the ribbon menu

  Issue:

You have installed the Sintel Forms App in a site and the lists within that site do not have an option for “Sintel Forms” in the ribbon.

  Resolution:

1. Remove the app from the site contents by hovering over the ellipsis icon and choosing “Remove” from the options that appear.

   

2. Navigate to the ‘Recycle bin’ and remove the app from there as well. 
3. Once the app is removed you can add it again following the Adding The App To A Site article and the and the “Sintel Forms” menu options should appear in the ribbon.
